While there Oscar, , while taking a break from the Tai Chi class they teach there Tuesday morning (check out Hannah engrossed) explained to me that not all squash blossoms bear fruit and that I should incorporate them into some eggs.

I heated up my smallest skillet (part of my collection from both Grandmas), added a little rendered chicken fat that I skimmed off my home made chicken stock. Threw in about a tablespoon of chopped shallots. Added the egg (with a little bit of coconut milk – but you can use whatever you like), roughly chopped squash blossoms and a few cherry tomatoes left over from my haul for the chicken salad.
